Join us for this 40-hour Basic Mediation Training hosted here in Eugene at CDR's new office and training space: January 25, 26, 27 & February 9-10 8:30am to 5:30pm In this training you will: * Acquire the advanced skills and tools of an expert communicator, including the ability to mediate high-conflict disputes between polarized parties *Learn about conflict transformation and strategies to facilitate creative problem solving *Help clients to understand the needs that motivate their positions This training meets the requirements for the Oregon Revised Statues to mediate for the Oregon Courts and/or for Oregon state-supported mediation centers. CLE Credits available as requested.
