On August 9th, 2025, the Community Center for the Performing Arts presents: Cap’n Trips Cap’n Trips presents a celebration of Jerry Garcia’s music & life This will be the 30th anniversary of Jerry Garcia leaving this world and entering the next one, somewhere deep in the cosmos. “Trips” will explore those cosmos and try to find him with an incredible two sets of classic Jerry tunes, including an uber-psychedelic version of “Dark Star” with Pink Floyd undertones. Come and help us meet Jerry in the next world, and don’t be late!
