Time: 5:30 AM - 8:00 AM PST
Event Description:
We asked, you answered! Find out the results of the Community Health Needs Assessment and help shape Lane County's healthy future!

What does it take for Lane County to be healthy as they live, learn, work and play? United Way of Lane County, Lane County Public Health, PeaceHealth, and Trillium have spent the last eight months engaging the community in answering that question, through participation in the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA).

The CHNA uses data gathering and community engagement strategies to determine the community’s health status. 2,295 community members completed paper and web based surveys, 500 participated in focus groups, and 53 key informants were interviewed.
