Candy. Costumes. Magic. Plans are set for the annual free Trick-or-Treat event at Springfield City Hall, which has been a draw for hundreds of local residents in recent years.
City Hall is welcoming trick or treaters. It’s an opportunity to trick or treat in a safe, dry space while enjoying a bit of magic. Magician and balloon animal expert Jay Frasier will provide a free performance in City Hall starting at 3:30 p.m. Springfield Mayor Christine Lundberg will also be in attendance.
Springfield residents are encouraged to bring their kids in costume and have some fun walking from department to department collecting goodies. Local partners will be joining the fun with additional stops and goodies for our costumed guests!
Candy treats and non-candy options will be provided.
